Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@ausmodlab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
